Dear valued DepotStar customer,
First, we would like to thank you for your continued loyalty and patronage of DepotStar, Inc. It has been a pleasure to do business with you over the years.
Due to the unrelenting strain of the Covid-19 pandemic on our staff and the ongoing supply chain disruption devastating our operations, we are forced to make a very tough decision. After 25 years of dedicated service to our customers, we have decided to cease operations.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to facilitate any additional orders after February 10th, 2022. All ordered products prior to February 1, 2022, shall be delivered, if possible, depending on the supply chain fulfilling parts necessary to your build order within the time frame available.
We hope we have been successful in our aim to offer support of products and services while maintaining excellent customer service. We shall be contacting customers in the upcoming months about the status for any pending deliveries.
